Development marketing commissioned by Higgins Homes for a scheme of forty nine 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and a single 3 bedroom duplex in Bermondsey, SE16. Forming part of the Silwood Estate regeneration, the project was given a strong but sophisticated urban brand; the name reflects the development’s architectural narrative which pays homage to the area’s surviving Victorian warehouses and railway arches. The development sold out within six months of launch.
